[Resolved] Lenskart — eyeglasses-replacement order not placed. | |||
I had purchased the eyeglasses rs 4791 from lenskart store electronic city branch but the fitting and the quality was not appropriate. I told the store to place a replacement order 2 days back (Which falls under 14 day exchange policy by lenskart) but still the order is not placed. I have returned the eyeglasses and the accessories with it as well. Whenever i callvisit the store they just tell that they will place the order and i will get the message but i have not got any confirmation yet. I have purchased 2 frames last week in a nearby lenskart store... Within a week I have scratches on one of the frame's lens..u ppl make ppl believe that u provide good quality lens.. This happened within within days of purchase.. I[censored] can't provide the quality then why do u make ppl believe
