On 14 february i placed a return refund request for one of my spects which were too huge on me (Details attached below), the specs was picked on 15 feb by shadowfax and by evening of same day i received a cashfree link for refund which asked me to give my account number and ifsc code, i gave all right details, account number is[protected] and within 20 minutes i received a confirmation on my sms that refund is complete but when i checked my bank statement there was no refund or credit from lenskart, i tried approaching them and they came up with a fake utr / transaction id which they told me[protected] and told to confirm from bank, i called my bank branch employee and asked them to check (Canara bank sec 55 gurgaon) and the lady told me no such transaction credit has occurred on 15th/16th/17th feb of 2912 rupees, i have tried approaching lenskart by raising issue everyday since past 3 days and everytime they send me a bot message claiming that the refund is done, i ask them if the refund is complete, why does my bank have no credit, why is cashfree not responding to my queries, somebody please help, i checked here on consumer forum and saw many such complaints against lenskart, i am shocked such a big company scamming public with fake utr to save a mere 2912... Have shame lenskart and cashfree both are providing worst services, i have shared all the relevant statements, details, even whatsapp chats with bank person, yet everyday lenskart just claims to investigate and at end of day they drop the same old bot message expecting me to not ask for my money again! Why are you stealing from honest people?!
