On Feb 15 I placed a return request for a spects, which was accepted and returned on same day by shadowfax, now I got a cashfree payments link by lenskart to put my account details for refund which also I did, and within next half hour I received a sms that refund is complete ( screenshots attached) my account number and ifsc code details were right as told by lenskart on mails as well account number is[protected] but I didnot receive any refund, I checked my bank statement and indeed there was no payment there as well, when I approached the lenskart regarding this they assured that payment done by cashfree end and provided a transaction reference number to ask from bank, I asked bank personnel at canara bank branch of sector 55 gurgaon and they claimed they don't have any credit by lenskart in my account, it's been 3 days and everyday some executive just writes the same bot message that they are investigating but they don't do anything about it..very shameless customer service with zero empathy for customers and their hard earned money, I shared all relevant screenshot as well of bank statements and chats with bank and lenskart previous executives but I have still not received my refund
