[Resolved] Lenskart — False claim/worst customer service by lenskart | |||
Y customer complaint no is [protected]. I have been dealing with Lenskart since last 2 months. They are not able to provide any result. First they gave me a false assurance that the product will be delivered on time. It did not obviously. Then I want it to be couriered to United States, they said they will, took them one month to do that (Not sure why?). I asked for the shipping charges to be waived off coz of all my waste of time and additional expense incurred to me due inability of Lenskart to serve on time. They said they will waive of shipping charge. 15 days later they asked me to pay the shipping charge. The total time for all this process- 2 months. And I did not get a refund yet! I want to take legal action against Lenskart. 2 months my money is still with Lenskart and I do not have the product with me. I didnt get the refund yet.
