[Resolved] Lenskart — False commitment | |||||
False commitment I ordered 3 spectacles for my family on 20/March/2016. Their executive visited my house, and took the orders. He also informed me that there was a holi scheme wherein I will be getting a refund of amount 350/- for each of my orders which 30 days in the form of cashback(refund to my account). It has been 30 days now and Lenskart told me that the refund will be in the form of store credit and they can't help me anymore on this issue. I am extremely disappointed with these kind of false commitments. Besides this, one of the spectacles I ordered is different in appearance then it actually seems while I ordered and is not up to the mark.
