[Resolved] Lenskart — Faulty spectacles given for exchange | |
This is in regards to the faulty spectacles that I had received and for which a pickup was arranged after so much hassle. My spectacles was picked up from my place and it has been over 10 days and since then I have received no communication regarding the same. I want an update of where my specs is and how much more time will it take for the exchange to be initiated. One more thing that I would like to touch upon is the poor customer service. I have called customer executive more than twice only to hear that I will receive a call back on my number for this issue, which I never did. Also dropped a mail to which I have received no reply to as wel. I never really expected this from a company like Lenskart. Decent and responsive customer service is the least I expect from a company as big as Lenskart. Was this information helpful? | |
