[Resolved] Lenskart — frame replacement | |||
Hi I am chakradhar purchased two set of john jacobs frames in month of oct-17 from lenskart champapet branch. Order:[protected] Last week onwards i started using the frame and saw that there was alingment issue. So i went to nearest branch of lenskart and gave it for proper alingment. Next day i collected the frame. Today when i opened the box and saw that there was damage on frame which mat material and scratches on lens Kindly replace the frame as soon as possible as this is a damage done by lenskart staff when i gave for alingment.
