I ordered 2 frames with lenses from lenskart two months ago and today morning one of the frame broke while I was putting it on my eyes without any mistake of mine. I went to a lenskart store nearby me for a replacement but they refused to replace it as they said brokage of the frame doesn't come in warranty which doesn't really make sense if the frame broke because of no fault of mine.
