[Resolved] Lenskart — got broken lens in the pack | |||
I bought 3 pair of lens and i have used two pair of lens without any complaint, but when i opened the 3rd pair of lens, the left lens was broken and when i talk to the customer care of lenskart, they said that they can do nothing for that . I have also bought and used lens earlier, there was no problem at all . Lenskart should replace my left lens because without left, right lens will also of no use . This mail is in reference to my order [protected]. The Company lost my Tommy Hilfiger frame and had closed the ticket without any resolution and has also not refunded the money I paid towards lenses. I feel extremely cheated!
