[Resolved] Lenskart — Have not received my due refund of Rs 10,300 | |
I am a LENSKART GOLD MEMBER and i have not received my refund due of Rs 10, 300 even after 3 weeks. Registered complaint number 12984665. I have called customer support 3 times in past 3 weeks . Customer care attendents were Vaibhav, Kajal and Abhinav. I am not getting any support on my refund money on empty promises. Lenskart Home eye testing person Brijesh ( +91 [protected]) is giving assurance of refund but no refund has come so far. He is asking me to talk to supervisor ( Siddhart Sharma mobile number - [protected]) who has never called me in the past 3 weeks to find out problem i am facing. When i call Siddhart his number is always busy and he doesnt call back. Should i log a complaint with Consumer court for not paying back my 10, 300 refund amount ? Was this information helpful? | |
