[Resolved] Lenskart — Have not received my product

I placed an order worth Rs. 4068 on 28th May 2021. It is 28th June and I still have not received my order! I have raised the issue to their customer team multiple times. Wrote emails, called the helpline, used the chatbot but all futile no resolution. My money is with them for a month and the order is still not with me. This has not only caused me serious frustration issue but I also missed the opportunity to get 1 month's worth of interest on my money. Please help me resolve this.
