[Resolved] Lenskart — high delay in delivery | |||
I placed an order with lenskart on there lajpat nagar store with reference no. [protected] on 16 december 2017, and the company staff on store claims to deliver the product by 3 to 4 working days. I got a sms from lenskart claiming to deliver the product by 23 december 2017. On 24 december i called on customer care to know the status of my product. Customer care told me it will be shipped in next 24 hours. But on 25 december i got another sms from lenskart claiming that they are moving to new world-class manufacturing unit due to which they would not be able to deliver and the product will get delayed. I really do not want the product as the company is literally playing mind games and i do not want to deal with such company who can never complete there commitment.
