[Resolved] Lenskart — Home Eye Check Up _ Power Details | |
Hi I did book appointment for home eye check up service for ma parents on Monday 27th July, post check I did ask power details with the optician, he denied saying he cannot give, I would be sent a message on it to my number, however i haven't received it, I did wait for 24 hours, later I connected with customer care through Chat on app n I eat connected with an agent named Priya, she was not able to resolve ma concern n have been copy pasting the same apology statement n asked me to wait for 24-48hrs again n later after ma reply on it she did not respond... This was very disappointing n just cox of you guys not sharing the power details, making the glasses of ma parents is being delayed... I don't understand the point in giving such low home service...
