[Resolved] Lenskart — I am complaining about the refund I have generated but that has not been given to me. | |||||
I have bought a frame vc 10504 on 28 jan 2018. And i was not comfortable with the frame and it's color. So i generated a refund. And after some days it was taken by the lenskart. But after many i did not get refund. I contacted lenskart customer care number and ask for my refund but i was told that i will be transferred in 2-3 days. But then also i didn't get my money back. And they are showing that refund is completed. I have contacted my bank also which show that they not get any refund request in my account. I have bought my frame for rs 709.00. We would like to inform you that we have processed the refund of your order from our today and within 7-10 working days the same will reflect in your bank account.
