[Resolved] Lenskart — i am not comfort with progressive glasses, for distance glass is ok but for near i can't read properly.

My lenskart order no. [protected] dated 27/11/2018
I have ordered for two spects one for me and one for my wife. While wearing the spects i am not comfort with progressive glass. For distance glass is ok but for near i can not read comfortably, so i am requesting them since last eight days to solve my problem, but they are not giving proper response.
