Lenskart — I paid twice due to network issue

I have paid my friend's order from Lenskar due to network issues payment was done twice. I asked the delivery boy for a refund and at the same time, he told me that the extra money will be refunded in a few days back to you. Now it's been over a month but I didn't my refund. Please look into it.
