[Resolved] Lenskart — I'm complaining about frame which is broken in 6 months | |||
Product was so delicate, lenskart store had repaired it twice with the help of warranty in the lenskart store. But third time they have refused to repair it because they said that it was my negligence. One of the frame was broken in front of me in the store person's hand. That's really rude to say negligence for the delicate products which they have manufactured. How do you think we can have trust on your products, it's insane.
