Hi Lenskart Team! I would like to raise this topic again with you as I have not heard back from your support team over my emails. They keep closing my issue without a resolution.
When I purchased my glasses in the lenskart store on buy 1 get 1 offer. I was told that the pair with less amount would be free.(Pair 1 - 4500 INR, Pair 2 - 2900, and that pair 2 will be free ). I expected the same to reflect on invoice and I confirmed this beforehand as it was essential for me that it will reflect in the same way on the invoice (1 on 1 free) as well to get my full insurance claim on the 1st pair costing 4500.
Now, on the invoice the invoice mentions partial discount on both the glasses and the price of pair 1 is shown reduced to 2700 as opposed to 4500. Instead of this the cost should have been 4500 for first pair and 2900 for second pair with a discount of 2900.
This is not acceptable at all. Requesting you to provide me the correct invoice as you advertised the offer or refund the money I have to loose on the insurance because of the incorrect invoice provided by lenskart just because of your stupid invoicing system!! Was this information helpful? |
