I purchased a john jacob sunglasses in dec 2017 and it has broken near the frame. After having paid so much (Rs.3500/-) for a branded sunglasses, it appears to be a bad quality piece as it just broke even without falling or physically damaging it.
I stay abroad and it was disappointing when i visited the jayanagar store they outrightly rejected my plea saying i need to go to the jp nagar store only for getting my details, wonder in today's digital world why is the information not software based?
Due to a family emergency, i am yet to go to the store to show it to them but in the meantime, i thought of writing this complaint as a registration procedure.
After having paid so much money i expect a replacement of the sunglasses.
Hence i request for an exchange of the same.
