For quite few days i was having conversation as well as chat with lenscart people including senior support person named Ashida (if i am correct) regarding the wrong allignment of the glass i got. They promised me several times the solution. But till date nobody resolved the issue . I got cheated from lenscart customer service people.i need the solution and want to escalate this issue to the senior people/authorities concerned as this should not has happen to a lenscart customer.
