Returned product on 6th August 2022. Refund initiated on 8th August. It has been 15 days, refund not credited. I was told refund failed and will be re-initiated. I have not received any re-initiation of refund UTR details. On calling they completely deny and threaten to not give refund. Dont take calls or reply to emails. They are clearly doing a fraud and not returning the money
