[Resolved]  Lenskart — last 29 days to till date my order not received even I paid full payment in advance

I put my 5 years old daughter's new two spectacle order on 15th Jan-19 but lens kart 3 times to continue wrong order dispatched and till date not received & solved my complain properly even I go to there nearest store, no one has to give satisfied answer and told that you received your payment otherwise you direct follow up with company because I am not responsible for that. My daughter has big cylinder no. in both eyes and she can't see without spectacle and I many times told them but no one to take it seriously and every time say don't worry we solved it but still my issue is not resolved. In this period I minimum 6 times visit at store.

I want to... 1) written apologies letter from Lenskart retailer cum owner against ruddly behaviour with me. 2) Want to Fuel expense against this problem because I specially 6-7 times visit to local retailer store and it is minimum 15 km (1 side km) far from my home.

Today 41 days left but Lenskart still not issue my order which order given on 15th Jan-19, now today also told there customer care executive pls. wait some day more. I told to everyone no order to place Lenskart because its fraud company and wrong commitment give to customer. Still I face the issue and every time mistake in lenses and every time say sorry.

I have ordered a specs for my daughter on 15 January-2019, still they have not completed my order from last three month, whenever they deliver the specs, every time I received a default peace, some time power problem, glass problem, etc... I fell that its was a brand company, but my expectations from this company I totally not fulfilled, worst service I ever face, never order from this company, fraud company.

Still not received delivery of my 15th Jan-2019 order. Really Lenskart is a very very Poor & Unsatisfied company against there customer's order commitment done on timely. In my life's very very bad experience with Lenskart, which is not closed my order after 3 months left. Its provide me every time wrong delivery and mistake in glasses & its power.
