[Resolved] Lenskart — late delivery and horrible store service | |||
My order was placed from raipur lenskart store for two spectacles and the delivery was scheduled on 31st March and when I tried to question the same on 3rd-4th April the staff was of no help, also they said there will be a call back but there was none. It is already late by 8 days now and there has been zero communication from the store since. Even if I try to call and resolve the same there has been no follow up on the issue. Staff is reluctant to connect the call to the manager please look into the matter the problem without any help can't get worse. Was this information helpful? | |||

Order showing stock out ...After payment what does that means..I m in pain already ...Why the hell are u showing frames if the r out of sto k atleast improve ur site for showing out of stock on the frame.
