[Resolved]  Lenskart — lenkart - order not delivered

My name is chandrakanth gandhe my concern is that my order is not yet delivered.

Till date[protected] my order was not delivered. Even i visted store (Wakad) couple of time and called customer care.
When i went to store for first (5th nov) time they informed they will raise a ticket. On 8th nov i called customer care they comitted a date of 11th nov.
Second time i went to store on 14th of nov they informed that warehouse is closed by 8 pm so they will update the status by tomorrow by 15th nov. Even i did not get any call from store on 15th nov till 4:30. Myself i called the store to know the status. They informed that the status is still showing as fitting done in site.. And asked to check with customer care directly instead of calling to store.. The delay of 10+ days how lenskart will provide the solutions for this kind of senarios. I want to sue on lenskart

Still order is not delivered. Again Lenskart failed in their commitment with customer.. Store people was very rude with the answer.. "Store person was telling the Warehouse is sifting and their will be compulsory delay" Just I want to tell all the Lenksart stores to place a note on welcome door "Order given by the customer will be delayed for approx. of 1month and mistake will happen for sure because of Ware House Shifting". Earlier I have asked for 200% compensation. Now I am asking for 300% compensation and fast delivery. Please let me know both(300 % compensation & delivery) are possible or not. And also please do not provide false commitment.

Today got an email saying 50% return and still delivery not comitted(because of warehouse shifting). I am requesting Lenskart to place a Note on every lenskart stores saying the same "Because of Warehouse shifting product delivery date will not be comitted" Why it is not done till now? Because other customers will not suffer like me. Still I argue for 300% cash return becuase of lenskart Negligance, Delay & False Commitment. And also provide the detail information on compensation "How i will get it? and by when???

Yes you contacted me. Still i am not satisfied by the answer you have given to me.. Your are still unable to give commitment on delivery and compensation. I hope you do not understand my problem. I am sitting in front of system for more than 12 hours a day.. I will not be able to concentrate on my work if i sit without spects for long time in front of system . Even the answer you have given for compensation is very intellegent "Manager is not available.. will discuss once he/she is back.. not sure when manager will be available"

Hello, Why you are giving compensation for next transaction that too with lenskart which already failed on commitments? Compensation should done on current transaction. I want 200% cash return. Because of your negligence & delay I suffered a lot. 200% cash return is nothing for that. Please arrange the cash return along with the product delivery and also make sure that lens power should be correct and clear.

Well my product is destroyed by company now they are denying for replacement

I placed an order on 8th feb for two eyeglasses, but one of them were of wrong eye power so i applied for exchange for it and till now the replacement order hasn’t even been shipped, i have contacted lenskart but they are not working on this issue, they’re so unprofessional they don’t even know what’s wrong with the order. I demand for the delivery of my order or i need refund and compensation for wasting my time and mental harrasment.
