I had placed an order for eye glasses on 5th August 2022 (Order no. [[protected]][[protected]]) and was supposed to get another frame free. Accordingly I was charged 4832.82 and 5600 for one frame (With lens) and the other one (With lens) was free. But when they sent the invoice, they have split the bill amount into two and charged for both the frames. This shows that I have paid 2240 for one frame and 2240 for another frame and Insurance 352.82
So basically they are hiding the price of one frame under the other frame initially and this complete idea of getting the other one is #. According to invoice I have paid for both the lenses and none of the frame is free.
Kindly take appropriate actions for such Problems I need only one Bill not the split one
