[Resolved]  Lenskart — Lenskart is taking orders on premium brand eyeglasses and after one week they are compelling customers to select poor brand items

Lenskart is taking orders on premium brand eyeglasses and after one week they are compelling customers to buy some other quality less eyeglasses which is manufactured by lenskart itself by saying that the ordered item is failed in quality check. This their strategy to sell worst eyeglass brand items like vincent chase and john jacobs. They are not at all replying to the customer for any queries.
This is unfair and unprofessional. This is the first time I am facing such a behavior from an online seller.
