Lenskart — Lenskart rejected Insurance claim

My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM' I don't know why it is so and I am contacting the customer care but there is no response...I had a very bad experience with lens kart, I need a solution for this problem.

The email sent to me was stated as below,

Dear Nishant Aggarwal,

We regret to inform you that the request with claim ID 637e23af9b2830710a1d0865 for your Lenskart spectacles has unfortunately been rejected due to request from vsm .
