[Resolved]  Lenskart — Missbehaving by STORE EXECUTIVES. Not getting REFUND after cancellation. Though showing REFUND COMPLETED in APP

I visited store with my girlfriend second time to book. Executives started missbehaving saying "Sir, will you book the order today or we are there for window shopping".
For me it was prestige matter in front of my girlfriend. Though i controlled myself and started selecting frames. They were 3 executives not helping me to select right frames for me. Only standing behind me and by pointing us, they were banging and smiling among themselves, such a irritating situation for me. Then when I selected the frame and started querry about progressive lens technology as I m first time going to use the progressive.. they were again feeling disturbed to answer me. Still I controlled myself as I was with my girlfriend. Then afterwards they were taking some measurements. I was surprised by seeing the manual procedure for measurements of such a big brand like lenskart. They told me to hold a equipment by my both the hands near to my eyes and from other end one executive will see for maybe pupil distance checking, which is totally incorrect procedure or roadside procedure for measurements as holding that equipment by my hand cannot get proper measurement. It should be a proper full setup equipment where i will put my face in a stand. They didn't offered best price for being the second time placing the order. Still I placed the order and paid in full INR 5188 by upi payment as it was a prestige matter for me infront of my girlfriend. The next day I cancelled the order and requested for full refund complaining missbehaviour, they told me that complain lodged but I didn't received any complaint registered confirmation message. I contacted many times for full refund but they are continue saying its processing. But In MY ORDER section of the app it is showing REFUND COMPLETED. But I didn't received any refund or cashfree link for refund.

I am fully messed up, I paid in full by UPI to LENSKART, they received it instantly, and after I cancelled the order next day I didn't received any refund but REFUND COMPLETED showing in MY ORDER section of the app. Also MISBEHAVED with me by LENSKART STORE EXECUTIVES but not lodging the complain.

Feeling cheated my hard earned money by booking a essential product from by LENSKART. Taken money but not refunding after cancellation. Though Showing REFUND COMPLETED in MY ORDER of the app

I can't see properly, i need power lenses. And lenskart not returning my own money, so if any any accident happens to me LENSKART is responsible for it. Lenskart only passing by the issue
