[Resolved] Lenskart — mistake in the lens for my kid - one side is cooling automatically and another side plain | |||
Hi, We have booked the lense for my kid and lensekart is provided the specs with one side cooling glass and another plain glass and my kid is using this glass to the school for more than a month. Initially we didn't notice. But over a period of time we have noticed and 2 times we have gone to lenskart store to replace this glass. But the store representatives are asking me to handover the glass and waiting for 3 to 5 days to replace. But since my kid is using this glass in the school, we are not able to return since she will be facing the difficulty in the school Called customer support and created a ticket and from there also same response for repairing time for 3 to 5 days.
