Hi,
On 12th July I placed an order with help of a customer care executive from lenskart,
The amount was 3360.0, the amount was successfully transferred to the bank account of lenskart but it wasn't reflecting on the website.
I have been in continuous touch with them, they have been just denying it without much support .
I would like my money to be refunded because it has been more than a month and no support has been received from lenskart .
i also have confirmed from the bank officials.
