[Resolved] Lenskart — never purchase from lenskart - 'vincent chase frame broken' | |||
I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of frames being sold by Lenskart especially "Vincent Chase". I purchased "Matte Black Grey Full Rim Rectangle Small (Size-49) Vincent Chase AIR SPREE VC E10999-S C5" from lensKart store in Ahmedabad 1 months back(16th Mar'2019) and the frame is now broken just because i was taking it out from the box. When i tried to wear it, one of the side arm came into my hand without any fault it. I tried to mail the support team on "[protected]@lenskart.com" and there reply was that "It was broken by an accident and the physical damage is done by you so we can not help you replace that". I mean do you guys seriously think that taking my glasses out of the box is an accident done by me? I don't understand what was my fault, so i need someone from Lenskart team to explain me that. I even researched on Consumer Complaints forum and got to know that most complaints they got till now is of the low quality of frame which they sell i.e. "Vincent Chase". Most people complaints about the low quality of plastic which they use. Very bad experience, will not buy from Lenskart any more and would suggest people to stay away from this company selling inferior quality products. Was this information helpful? | |||
