Dear team,
Yesterday I received glasses by home delivery, but after open I got glass bolt loose,
After today I visited at kamla nagar branch,
There team not attend Mr rahul told me go to other centre or do wait 2and2:30mint. He was very bad attitude,
Lenskart customer care not connect call with customer care.
All staff is very casual approach.
And please arrange training for this team for customer satisfaction.
