[Resolved] Lenskart — no delivery and no info regarding the same

My order no is [protected]. They said me it will be deliver by 17 aug regardless it up to 20 aug 2019.
Today is 19 aug and i call them for dispatch issue, they told me one frame is not available so i will call you again for new order.
Neither did he called me nor did i get any info regarding one frame out of stock.
I did that using independence offer and would the same for my new order or justsent me my old order
I dont have gloasses at the moment causing me inconvenience.

I have got the product but was not expecting worst quality. All marke are visbile incuding plastic melt marks near where the hinge is fitted. Last time ordering from you guys. and i havnt got my 504lk cash+?
