[Resolved] Lenskart — no spectacle delivery made even after 2 weeks of order being placed | |||||
I had ordered two spectacles from lenskart store, mulund branch on 02.12.2017 and was informed that i will receive the product latest by 12.12.2017-14.12.2017. I wasn't even provided with any updates till 10.12.2017 after which i had to keep asking for status and raise a complaint request. Even after all this i haven't received my order even after the promised date. I have made complete advance payment via debit card and now my money is also deducted and i haven't received my ordered product too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
