[Resolved] Lenskart — no status or update whatsoever after 10 days of purchase. | |
Hello I am based in uae and for very first time i opted to purchase frames online and chose lenskart for the way they have projected themselves as a reputable company with good value for money products. I have purchased 2 frames on 8th of september with order reference no. Intr1347. Today is 18th and i have no order confirmation from lenskart despite of many followup emails sent to [protected]@lenskart.com The only feedback i received from them on september 14th that "concerned" department is being notified. So far i have not hear any thing after them afterwards. I would like to request the "concerned" department through this platform to look into this matter and either resolve this issue or kindly refund me my money.
