1. Iam susheel dhyani. I had ordered a frame with eyeglasses from lenskart on 08 Oct 22. I paid for the same but did not receive the glasses as per the date mentioned in the app that is 17 Oct 22. Additionally, your firm has not even bothered to give me a call and tell me the issue. On calling customer service i was told that the the frame is not available in stock.
2. I would like to mention that this is an absolutely unprofessional attitude from your firm. Once a product is ordered and paid for, there is no reason for you to say that the stock has ended.
3. Moreover, there is no way to contact your reps as everything on the app is chat based. It is extremely inconvenient.
4. I have been waiting for my specs. I request you to look into the matter and get back to me on my number [protected].
5. Non communication from your end would mean that you are not interested in customer satisfaction and no delivery of item will force me to believe that a fraud has been done by your firm. Consequently, i will be forced to raise a complaint in the consumer court Was this information helpful? |
