Lenskart — Not delivered two products even the status is showing as delivered

Address:Lenskart, porur

Lenskart store is far from my place. Status of the product was showing as delivered. Once i reach the store, handed over only one product and declined to handover another product. Asked to come again. Am disappointed with their services.
