[Resolved] Lenskart — Not delivering the product or returning the money

We ordered a pair of glasses from lenskart narsingi branch in hyderabad on 7th October and the delivery date was given as 11th October..Neither the customer support or no one is giving the status on the order..the status of the order is showing as same from October..The order is not getting cancelled also..Please see below order id# [protected]
