Lenskart — Not received my second pair of glasses as promised

Address:386, 14 Cross, Poor a Pragna Layout Uttarahalli

I had asked for home testing and booked 2glasses for myself. Where I received 1 as per choice frame and the second one was a wrong one. The executive collected the wrong one and it's been a month I've not received my second frame of choice. The executive is not responding too. I want this to be resolved immediately on high priority.
