Lenskart — Not received the product from store yet

Address:Ground Floor, Ganga Nagar, CBI Road, opposite Shrine of St.Jude Thaddeus Church, HMT Layout, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032

I have ordered aqua lens(lens cleaner liquid) during the purchase of my glasses, but I still haven't recieved the product frome store and it's been 2 months.
Whenever I call and enquiry the store keeper tells the product is not available.
Then why did he take the order when it is in stock.
So please kindly deliver the product or refund my money back.
