[Resolved] Lenskart — Not refunding amount of returned product | |||||
I ordered some sunglasses from lenskart, i didnt like them according to lenskart policy i created a return request within 14days but they were not picking up the product. After so many complains they picked up they product but today already a week passed after the pickup but they are not returning my money, i requested them many times to refund the amount but they are not returning my money. A worst possible experience. The staff makes a fool out of you. Over a month today and now I'm informed - my glasses will take some more days. A INR 9K order is treated like this. 7 visits to the outlet / endless calls - and real information is never shared. This is LENSKART. Be careful before using. I will raise this everywhere ..
