Non-Delivery of Product
Resspected sir/ma'am, This is to inform you that I had placed an order for vision spectacles on 16/04/2021. But lenskart automatically cancelled the order on 17/04/2021 siting technical issues on their end. I would like to point out that once an order has been placed then it is binding upon the merchant to fulfill the order and they cannot cancel it without the buyers permission as per the law which they have clearly violated in this case. When I confronted them that why my order was cancelled then they said that I should place a fresh order but placing a fresh order is costing me Rs. 1000 more. Lenskart is using very phony techniques to lure customers to their website by showing huge discounts but when anyone places an order then they just cancel it and ask for Rs. 1000 more. This is blatant extortion. I would like to request lenskart to please deliver my product at the original cost that I had placed it, since after placing an order the order cannot be cancelled without the agreement of both the parties which was clearly not taken in this case. Hence they are breaking a very big law.
