[Resolved] Lenskart — Order id # [protected] | |
Had asked for a replacement for Order id # [protected].on June 11 2020. Even after picking up the product, Lenskart has till date not given me a replacement for product. Had raised ticket for same #11136299 for which I was assured to be given a replacement either by sending an email to [protected]@lenskart.com or by calling [protected]. Even after calling customer care and asking them to replace with the product I want they are not processing my replacement. Pathetic service by Lenskart. Very disapointed the way they handle customer requests. They don't even provide an escalation number to whom we can talk. Instead they say talk to [protected] and issue will be resolved. Even after calling [protected], there is no replacement given, even when the product requested for replacement is available. Very pathetic people.
