This order was supposed to be received by 18th Jan 2022. During the time of placing this order, I had made it very clear that I should receive the order within the time limit specified by Lenskart which was 18-Jan-2022 as I'll be flying out to the US on 19-Jan-2022.
I didn't get any updates from Lenskart nor did the status on the website change to notify me that the order won't be received by the promised date. Only after making a call on 19-Jan-2022 to Lenskart, I was notified that the order has not been processed yet and the agent promised to get this order in 24-48 hrs for which he'll make a special request. This is special request is absolutely useless to me as I won't get the glasses.
My request to Lenskart is that this order should be shipped to me to the USA as this is a mistake on Lenskart's end. Was this information helpful? |
