I have done purchase at Lenskart store in Coimbatore and paid amount through Paytm. At the end of transaction my money has been deducted but order is not placed at the store. Upon checking with paytm they haved confirmed me with transaction id that transaction bis successful and money has been credited to lenskart account.
Now there is no response from lenskart team regarding the issue, team is not at ready to check a transaction at thier end . Ironically even lenskart store team and area managers also failed to get the response for the same.
I need immediate resolution from lenskart team on my issue. Was this information helpful? |
