[Resolved] Lenskart — Poor customer service | |||||
13/Oct/2016 Placed an online order for lens and frame in lenskart with full payment but the agent who handled my request made lot many false promises regarding the delivery. It's been 20 days still i didnt receive my order neither a call from the courier staff. Very worst service from lenskart and agent is completely irresponsible and made me to suffer a lot. The item not yet delivered even after I have ordered it before 14 days. I have sent multiple mails to customer support and no one replying. I can see the status as order is under processing in their website. They have not yet started the fitting also. I dont know how long I need to wait to get it delivered,
