I purchased a pair of glasses for my mom, order reference number is [protected].
Its just 13 months (One month out of warranty) and one leg of the frame came off on its own. Called lenskart twice, visited the store and they are not ready to help in any way.
Really sad experience, pathetic quality and post sales support. Never expected from a brand like lenskart. Better to go to local opticals shop then lenskart.
At-least they listen to you and would solve the problem without issues.
