[Resolved] Lenskart — poor service and delivery

Don't buy from lenskart at all. My shipment was sent to a fake address o[censored]ttarpradesh, etah and the customer support has no idea how the it was shipped to a fictitious address. They take ages to refund money if you return product. The customer support has no clue on what the issue is and everytime there is a new guy who calls and wants to know what happened. Total disaster of logistics, operations and chances are your credit card details or personal information will also be compromised. 100% chances that the product you selected online will not be the same when it gets delivered as lens will be wrong or fitment and color and shape of frame will be inaccurate. Always better to pay 200-300 rs extra and buy from retail brick and mortar shop where u can feel the product and know what you are buying. Also this supports a better seller who is doing a good job then such online frauds who just fool customers.

Updated by Venir Lenskart order number [protected]. The order is still lying somewhere in uttarpradesh, Your courier partner is even more pathetic. They called last friday 31st August and committed delivery on 1st sept latest. Now their customer support team says the order is still in uttar pradesh and lenskart has still not given approval to reroute the order. Lenskart should be fined for such shoddy work and service.
