[Resolved] Lenskart — Power not correct and delayed order | |||
My inital order was placed with lenskart store on 27th Jul at Aundh Store, but I never received it until 14th Aug after which i called the customer care. They could not locate my order. After much fighting somehwo they managed to locate it. After I forced them to cancel my order and refund my 5000 Rs a lady from lenskart called and got a new order placed and send me the specs. Now I have issues with the power of left eye and I need to get it replaced. It is hurting my eye and I have constant headaches. Was this information helpful? | |||
