[Resolved] Lenskart — Prescription glass frame | |||
I ordered Rayban prescription glasses from Lenskart on July 6 2016. First off it took numerous calls to get it delivered as their courses service wouldn't call or deliver but send me status - customer not available. Next after using the frame for 3 weeks plastic near the temple side started to peel off. Called customer server and got ticket [protected]. Reached out to customer service on Aug 10 and since then started getting run around. Every time it is 24 hours resolution when I get email from you and now it is close to 6 days. I am not really sure if you honor your 24-48 hour resolution commitment. Here is picture of defective frame. it is not 9 days and latest i hear they need clear pictures.
